The server upgrade includes new NVMe SSD disk drives, a more powerful processor, and a new updated OS. NVMe drives will provide improved performance.
Note: Customers with VPS services will not be affected.
The upgrade is scheduled for Friday December 8, 2023 after 9PM EST.
The timeframe window of 8 hours is set for the upgrade. You may experience some intermittent network loss during the upgrade.
During this maintenance window, you may experience interruptions in service while we complete the maintenance activities.
